Pavillon Medley est un foyer de soins agr\u00e9\u00e9 situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Fredericton, Nouveau-Brunswick.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec un design chaleureux et une atmosph\u00e8re familiale, ce foyer de soins de longue dur\u00e9e accueillera 60 personnes r\u00e9sidentes. La communaut\u00e9 de deux \u00e9tages offrira des quartiers pour 30 personnes r\u00e9sidentes \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tage. Chaque quartier disposera de son propre poste de soins infirmiers, de sa salle \u00e0 manger, de son salon, de sa biblioth\u00e8que et de son espace d\u2019activit\u00e9. Chaque personne r\u00e9sidente disposera de sa propre suite et de sa propre salle de bain, ce qui garantira l\u2019intimit\u00e9, la dignit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nouveau foyer sera connect\u00e9 au Pavillon Neill, l\u2019autre foyer de soins agr\u00e9\u00e9 adjacent, par l\u2019entremise d\u2019une rue principale int\u00e9rieure qui favorise l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et le sentiment d\u2019appartenance \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9. Les personnes r\u00e9sidentes aiment passer du temps dans une rue de petite ville, avec un caf\u00e9, une mairie, un salon de coiffure et une salle multifonctionnelle qui sert de chapelle, de th\u00e9\u00e2tre et de lieu de rassemblement communautaire. Il comprendra \u00e9galement des cours avec de nombreuses plantes et fleurs et des espaces pour s\u2019asseoir et profiter du beau temps.         Le Centre culinaire de Shannex \u00e0 Halifax est une installation de pointe compos\u00e9e d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de chefs de cuisine et de cuisiniers qui collaborent afin de cr\u00e9er des menus et des repas pour les personnes r\u00e9sidentes de nos foyers de soins. Les employ\u00e9s de Shannex s\u2019assurent que les personnes r\u00e9sidentes soient servis des repas frais, sains et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec soin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Un di\u00e9t\u00e9tiste rencontre les personnes r\u00e9sidentes pour compl\u00e9ter une \u00e9valuation nutritionnelle afin de conna\u00eetre leurs exigences alimentaires. Cette rencontre permet aussi aux personnes r\u00e9sidentes de discuter de leurs allergies, sensibilit\u00e9s alimentaires et de leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Menus are designed to include as many fresh, seasonal and local products as possible. Creating these menus requires input from many people.
