Awards<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The years of service recognition program is to reward team members who have reached short-term and long-term years of service milestones.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On your milestone anniversary, you will receive an email that will give you access to the William Recognition Program enabling you to choose a gift of your choice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees who are retiring with 25+ years of service will be invited to the Annual Awards and President\u2018s Reception where they will be presented with a commemorative
