Step 1: <\/strong>Spread the Word!<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Before your referral applies online to the open job opportunity, let them know they’ll need to provide your name and email during the online application process.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Referral Submission <\/h6>\n\n\n\n

After your referral completes their online application, expect an email from Shannex with the subject line \u201cYou were listed as a Great People Referral\u201d that includes questions about their fit for the position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once completed, your referrals’ application will be flagged as a referral to our recruitment team
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Referral Bonus Eligibility <\/h6>\n\n\n\n

If your referral is successfully hired into a part-time or full-time position, you will be notified by our payroll team of your referral bonus and when you will receive it. Typically this would happen within the first 2-3 weeks of your referral being hired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
