Alors que le besoin d\u2019options de vie pour les personnes retrait\u00e9es continue de cro\u00eetre, nous nous effor\u00e7ons d\u2019accueillir davantage de membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe de premi\u00e8re ligne afin de leur offrir une carri\u00e8re enrichissante au sein de notre organisation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shannex a la chance de compter parmi son personnel de nombreuses infirmi\u00e8res form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (IF\u00c9) travaillant \u00e0 divers postes de ses communaut\u00e9s de Soins \u00e9tendus et de Vie \u00e0 la retraite. Notre nouveau programme interne est con\u00e7u pour pr\u00e9parer les infirmi\u00e8res form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, pouvant ou non d\u00e9j\u00e0 travailler chez Shannex, \u00e0 devenir des infirmi\u00e8res auxiliaires dans l\u2019une de nos communaut\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:75%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos du programme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>programme d\u2019orientation am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pour les IAUX de Shannex<\/strong> est un processus de soutien innovant permettant aux infirmi\u00e8res form\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger de passer en toute confiance \u00e0 une pratique d\u2019infirmi\u00e8re auxiliaire chez Shannex. Le programme sera dispens\u00e9 dans un espace d\u2019apprentissage des soins de sant\u00e9 nouvellement con\u00e7u et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 West Bedford. Chaque cohorte peut accueillir 16 infirmi\u00e8res qui participent \u00e0 un <strong>rafra\u00eechissement complet de leurs connaissances en soins infirmiers.<\/strong> Cette formation compl\u00e8te de huit semaines est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e, se d\u00e9roule en personne, et est ax\u00e9e sur les soins aux personnes retrait\u00e9es chez Shannex. \u00c0 la fin du programme, les participantes fourniront des soins infirmiers s\u00fbrs, comp\u00e9tents, \u00e9thiques et compatissants, conform\u00e9ment aux politiques et aux normes de pratique de Shannex.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement de Shannex facilitera l\u2019apprentissage en personne et fournira un soutien continu aux infirmi\u00e8res lors de leur transition vers la pratique.
