When she moved to <a href=\"https:\/\/experienceparkland.com\/en\/locations\/parkland-at-the-gardens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parkland at the Gardens<\/a> in September 2021, joining the community\u2019s Green Team was a no-brainer. As a member of the Green Team, it\u2019s your responsibility to set an example and share ways to live sustainably with residents, team members and the broader community. This is something that Delia has become passionate about. \u201cI want to make a change. The world is not going to last much longer the way it is, and things are getting worse and worse,\u201d says Delia. \u201cBut I see great, amazing changes,\u201d she adds. One of the ways she has helped at the site is by organizing the garbage rooms on every floor to ensure people know how to properly sort their garbage. \u201cIt\u2019s hard to know how to get to know how to get through to everyone,\u201d says Delia, noting that she is committed to helping everyone in the community do their best. Whether she is giving helpful advice, sorting garbage, making the waste process easy to understand, or making it fun with games, tips and tricks, Delia is always on the lookout for small wins and opportunities for positive change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an organization, we are committed to protecting the environment by taking a sustainable approach in all our communities, and we applaud Delia and the Green Team at Parkland at the Gardens for taking action!
