Twenty years ago, residents moved from Hillcrest Manor to a new long term care home for the community: Cedarstone Enhanced Care. On September 13, 2022, friends, families, community members and retired team members came together to reminisce and celebrate this impressive milestone. Everyone enjoyed hearing heartfelt stories and watching performances, especially Cedarstone\u2019s own Michael Galera who moved the crowd with his version of the song “Lean on Me.” The day was made complete by the recognition of 25 team members who still work at Cedarstone today.
