Each one of our communities offers recreational activities that connects residents&#8217; interests and ambitions with activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>&#8220;Social Prescribing&#8221; is when a health professional, who, when appropriate, &#8220;prescribes&#8221; that their patient participates in activities designed to improve wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>A great thing about social prescribing is that you don\u2019t have to go to your doctor, you can literally prescribe yourself.
