She always put people before her. She\u2019s always donating to causes. Just amazing,&#8221; said Alex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each day, Alex welcomes 150 residents into the dining hall, going above and beyond to ensure they receive a personalized meal experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEveryone has a different approach to memorize each residents\u2019 order,&#8221; said Alex. &#8220;Some servers will write each residents\u2019 order on paper, and some will take the time to memorize each order. It\u2019s not just the meal orders, we aim to know the resident as a whole \u2013 including their name and dietary restrictions.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alex expresses his gratitude towards Parkland for their exceptional support in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. \u201cEven after being accepted into SMU, I made the decision to stay with Parkland because of their commitment to creating a supportive community.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to the generous support of the Joan Craig bursary, Alex can confidently pursue his third year of Bachelor of Commerce at Saint Mary\u2019s University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Are you interested in a <a href=\"https:\/\/shannex.com\/careers\/great-people-grow-here\/\">rewarding career<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/shannex.com\/careers\/hospitality-service-jobs\/\">food services<\/a>?
