Les ceintures jaunes ont travaill\u00e9 sur un total de 54 projets d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 couvrant tous les domaines de nos activit\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation \u00e0 la recherche visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un nouveau sondage sur les familles avec interRAI et lancement de ce sondage dans le cadre de notre programme de sondages annuels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Laboratoire Insights de Shannex a lanc\u00e9 deux rapports analytiques pour soutenir la planification des soins dans nos \u00e9tablissements de soins de longue dur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objectif atteint : se situer dans le meilleur 10 % des membres de la SQLI pour les r\u00e9sultats du sondage sur la qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9largissement de l\u2019acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9seau WiFi afin d\u2019obtenir une couverture compl\u00e8te dans tous nos foyers, y compris les foyers de soins de longue dur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deux pratiques exemplaires accept\u00e9es par Agr\u00e9ment Canada.<a href=\"https:\/\/accreditation.ca\/\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-color has-text-color\">Le partenariat avec MITACS \u00e0 l\u2019origine du succ\u00e8s du laboratoire Insights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Laboratoire Insights de Shannex est un centre de recherche et d\u2019analyse interne d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es qui peuvent am\u00e9liorer les soins et les r\u00e9sultats pour les personnes r\u00e9sidentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour optimiser les donn\u00e9es recueillies par le laboratoire, Shannex s\u2019est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 MITACS pour embaucher des \u00e9tudiants universitaires poss\u00e9dant des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, nous avons dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 deux cohortes de ceintures jaunes et une cohorte de ceintures vertes en Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse et au Nouveau-Brunswick. Notre organisation compte d\u00e9sormais 63 professionnels de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 form\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode Lean Six Sigma, dont des ceintures jaunes, vertes et noires.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-color has-text-color\">Att\u00e9nuer les risques pour la sant\u00e9 des personnes r\u00e9sidentes dans les \u00e9tablissements de soins de longue dur\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 Shannex comme l\u2019un des 40 projets du programme Spark d\u00e9veloppant des innovations concr\u00e8tes par des travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 et des chercheurs de premi\u00e8re ligne. Dans le cadre de notre projet, nous utiliserons les donn\u00e9es de localisation disponibles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me innovant d\u2019appel infirmier mobile, qui est en place dans certaines de nos communaut\u00e9s, pour surveiller le bien-\u00eatre des personnes r\u00e9sidentes et att\u00e9nuer les \u00e9v\u00e9nements ind\u00e9sirables. Les donn\u00e9es seront utilis\u00e9es pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des algorithmes pour les mod\u00e8les de comportement typiques des personnes r\u00e9sidentes et pour identifier les cas o\u00f9 ceux-ci semblent sortir de la fourchette normale, alertant ainsi les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe afin de d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019intervenir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
