class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It was announced today that Shannex will provide services for Nova Scotia&#8217;s first Transitional Care Centre. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Opening in 2024, the 68-bed centre will be a new setting to help hospital patients who might otherwise have required long term care successfully return to their homes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis transitional care centre will have a significant impact on health care in Nova Scotia, and we\u2019re grateful for this opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation here at home,\u201d said Shannex President, Jason Shannon. \u201cShannex has grown to be a trusted provider of health care services in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario and we\u2019re
