June is Filipino Heritage Month in Canada. A month-long celebration recognizing the culture and contributions of one of Canada\u2019s largest ethnic groups.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

During this special month, let\u2019s learn more about the traditions of Filipino Canadians through the cultural and traditional activities happening within our Shannex and Parkland communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout June, we will share stories on all our content channels honouring our Great People<\/em> of Filipino decent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Shannex, we strive to create culturally safe places to work and live and are committed to establishing and cultivating a workplace that reflects the diversity of our Great People<\/em> -and the communities in which we operate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we celebrate Filipino Heritage Month through participation in events and festivities in the community, it is most important to consider how we can make meaningful cultural change.
