When he arrived, he began working as a registered nurse at Cedarstone Enhanced Care. After working there for two years he took an opportunity to support residents on the frontline at Debert Court, before becoming the site manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen I started out, I didn\u2019t foresee myself in a management position,\u201d says Vonn. \u201cBut I was able to evolve and learned about the opportunities to grow my career within the company; they really support individuals showing potential or those wanting professional growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working for an organization that has helped him write new chapters of his career has been a fulfilling experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI feel like I\u2019m valued by the company,\u201d he says. \u201cShannex is not just a company for me, it\u2019s my home.
