Usually, they include the sudden appearance of:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fever&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cough&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>muscle aches and pain&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do get sick, stay home to help prevent the spread of the flu. Avoid close contact with other people until you feel well enough to get back to your usual day-to-day activities.&nbsp; Most people recover from the flu in 7 to 10
