There, she completed the requirements to being a Registered Nurse. When she first joined the Arborstone team, she was hesitant about the change but now she says &#8211; \u201cworking here (Arborstone), it\u2019s my passion\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She describes resident wellbeing as not just physical health, but heavily focused on mental health as well. \u201cIt\u2019s treating them like family \u2013 never leaving anyone behind\u201d she says that mindset makes their work harmonious and makes a huge difference. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A piece of advice Eallaine has for IENs considering a career with Shannex is to take advantage of all the programs Shannex has to offer through the Learning and Development team to help transition and gain greater confidence in your healthcare profession in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhile everyday as an LPN brings a new challenge, the Shannex Learning and Development team helps employee improvement and makes sure team members are continuously evolving.\u201d Says Eallaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you an internationally educated nurse?
