This year-round digital resource aims to support and enhance the lives of individuals living with dementia throughout Nova Scotia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2022, the Promising Practices Showcase, a session at the Annual Dementia Care Conference, has featured speakers sharing innovative dementia care ideas, programs, approaches, and tools that improve the lives of those with dementia. The Promising Practices Hub now builds on this by providing healthcare professionals with ongoing access to successful initiatives, tools, and resources that promote meaningful change in dementia care.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn more about Alzheimer\u2019s Awareness Month and beyond, by visiting the Promising
