At Shannex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our Great People<\/em>. Since 2015, our customized Leadership Development Program, Lead Blue, has been providing training and resources for leaders at varying levels of responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Participating in the Lead Blue Leadership Training sessions has truly been a turning point in my leadership journey. These sessions didn\u2019t just help me grow in my current role\u2014they sparked something deeper. I now see leadership as a powerful tool for influence, growth, and positive change, and I\u2019ve discovered a new passion: training and developing others.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI started with Shannex a year and a half ago in a leadership role and although I had 14 years of RN experience, I had no management! I have found lead blue helpful for so many reasons; I love the networking it provides and allows me to meet more people in a similar role to me that I can rely on for support. I love the scenarios and working through situations together, I found this really helpful as I was able to \u201cact out\u201d a difficult conversation and get some great feedback and lastly, I love the education\/information on Shannex processes related to HR (i.e. step 1, conversation with staff, step 2 coaching document, step 3 PIP, etc.). “The Lead Blue Leadership Program has been a tremendous opportunity since my first day at Shannex. I have yet to encounter any company that offers such a diverse range of courses, allowing all employees to benefit. The courses are not only theoretical but also include interactive and practical components. The group sessions provided valuable insights from experienced team members, while the theoretical materials, such as the binder and notes, proved useful for future reference. The Predictive Index assessment was especially helpful in fostering self-awareness, which ultimately helps us grow and improve as individuals.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
