You can store these energy balls in the fridge for up to seven days or freeze them for \u00a0up to six months.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1\/2 cup flax seeds<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1\/2 cup pecan pieces<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1\/2 cup plain almonds<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1\/2 cup uncooked oatmeal<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1 cup unsweetened coconut<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2 tablespoons of coconut oil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(peanut butter or almond butter<\/em> <em>can also be used)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>2 cups of pitted dates<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1\/4 teaspoon salt<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. In a food processor, pulse flax, pecans, almonds, and oatmeal until a crumbly paste forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add coconut, dates, oil\/butter, and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pulse until a sticky batter forms (you may need to add a tablespoon of water depending on the moisture level of the dates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll into 24 balls of 1.5 ounces each.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
