Safety is always a top priority. Parkland at the Common in Halifax, N.S., recently held its first Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee (JOHSC) meeting, an important step in keeping both residents and team members safe. These committees, which exist in every community, allow team members to work together to identify potential hazards and support a strong culture of safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every team member plays a role by staying alert, recognizing risks, and taking care of themselves and others.
