She volunteered to work in the DCA to ensure residents who become ill with COVID-19 continue to receive the amazing care they deserve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was an easy decision for Teanna who continuously demonstrates what it is like to be a dedicated member of the team. Her positive attitude and willingness to always lend a helping hand shine through the minute you meet her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While working in the DCA, Teanna and her co-workers have to be away from their families. That\u2019s why last week, when her co-workers found out it was her birthday, they wanted to do something special for her. Together with Jason Shannon, President and COO of Shannex, and the Parkstone management team, they surprised Teanna with singing her \u2018happy birthday\u2019 from the window and bringing her a birthday cake and goodies, including a bouquet of flowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All this was accomplished by respecting social distancing. Jason wore his personal protective equipment and joined the team outside the DCA to share the special birthday wishes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teanna was overjoyed and while we can\u2019t see from the
