One resident pushed another, who fell. The resident passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015, and police are investigating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to extend our deepest condolences to the family of the resident who passed away. This incident is deeply upsetting to all of us here at Shannex, including our caring staff and other residents at Parkstone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are cooperating fully with police and the Department of Health and Wellness. An internal review has also been launched to understand all of the conditions in place at the time of the incident.
