Thank you to everyone who contributed to its development.<br \/>\nThe strategic plan establishes Shannex\u2019s vision of <em>Leading the Way to Better Living<\/em> through excellence in resident care and service. It sets the priorities for the next five years and serves as the roadmap for our operations.
