A \u201cPaint-a-Pot & Story Exchange\u201d session, hosted by The University of New Brunswick Green Society, brought students and Parkland Saint John, N.B., residents together to spark creativity and promote community-driven sustainability. Participants painted plant pots and chose an herb or succulent to grow, combining hands-on engagement with nature and opportunities for conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guided prompts encouraged discussions about sustainability, resilience, and personal experiences, which helped foster meaningful intergenerational connections. The session concluded with a reflection on cultivating a more environmentally mindful community, and showed how simple shared activities can plant the seeds for lasting sustainable values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
