As we continue our response to the fourth wave of COVID-19, we have updated our process for reporting cases of COVID-19 in our communities. We will continue to prioritize communication to residents, families and team members. They will be the first to hear about positive cases and we will provide regular updates as new information is available.
Updates are provided by calls, emails, our internal family communication platform and virtual meetings if needed. If any family member would like further information related to our regular updates, they are welcome to contact us directly.
