Maribeth Alcopra, Parkland on the Glen, Ont.

Maribeth is professional, a hard worker, tells it like it is and always keeps residents’ best interests in mind. She is not only thoughtful and caring but also always offers a solution when faced with a challenge. Maribeth has been with us for many years and is helpful when training fellow team members.

Neema Johny, Parkland Clayton Park, N.S.

Neema is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Parkland Clayton Park who is consistently going above and beyond. Neema started at Parkland Clayton Park in 2020 as a Daily Living Attendant and became an LPN in 2022. She consistently provides compassionate and professional care to the residents and is always positive and supportive to her team. A critical thinker who is always calm in situations, Neema is a fantastic nurse. LPNs like Neema make Parkland Clayton Park feel like home.

Carey consistently exceeds standards and expectations everyday. She adapts to change with ease and is an excellent team player. Her keen observation skills shine through as she regularly identifies areas of need and bring them to the attention of other team members.
