Our Employee Recognition Program recognizes exceptional behaviors by team members who are clearly living and delivering our Guiding Principles, including being great, green, innovative, and safe.
Now hosted under Moments, our digital recognition platform, team members can easily recognize their peers, share appreciation, and celebrate achievements in real time. It’s a simple and engaging way to highlight exceptional work and help foster a culture of gratitude and connection across all Shannex communities.

Shannex Excellence Awards
A set of prestigious awards designed to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of Great People from across the organization as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles.
The awards program consists of six award categories:
- Service Excellence Award
- Leadership Award
- Safety Award
- Volunteer Award
- Environmental Award
- Sales Achievement Award

Great People Month
Each May, we celebrate Great People Month, a time to recognize our team members who work together to make our communities vibrant places to live and work.
Organized in weekly themes, one for each of our Guiding Principles, Great People Month features a full calendar of events.

Years of Service Awards
The years of service recognition program is to reward team members who have reached short-term and long-term years of service milestones.
On your milestone anniversary, you will receive an email that will give you access to the William Recognition Program enabling you to choose a gift of your choice.
Employees who are retiring with 25+ years of service will be invited to the Annual Awards and President‘s Reception where they will be presented with a commemorative gift.
