The stories in this Connections edition all share something in common. They celebrate people making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Throughout these pages, you’ll discover how recognition and appreciation are helping build a strong workplace culture (see page 3), meet team members who have embraced new opportunities and continued to grow their careers (page 4), and read inspiring stories of volunteers, residents, and community partners whose contributions leave a lasting impact (pages 14 and 16).

At the heart of this edition is our Great People (pages 11-12), and we’re celebrating the relationships, support, and connections that make our communities thrive.
