Shannex partnered with Mount Saint Vincent University to develop Ready to Lead (R2L), a microcredential course for Continuing Care Assistants, Resident Attendants, and Licensed Practical Nurses. Covering ethical leadership, communication, Nova Scotia’s health system, and personal growth, the course celebrated graduates Alina Nechvolod, Paula Paez Lancheros (Maplestone Enhanced Care, Halifax), Mark Aymar (Bissett Court, Cole Harbour), and Beverly Marriott (Arborstone Enhanced Care, Halifax).
