As a certified Great Place to Work, Shannex is inviting Certified Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) and Nurses (LPN, RN and NP) to make their next career move at West Bedford Transitional Health — Nova Scotia’s dedicated facility to support patients who no longer require hospital supports but are not quite ready to go home. Shannex is a trusted partner of Nova Scotia Health, delivering Transitional Health services to impact patient health outcomes while freeing up critical space in our hospitals. Here, CCAs take on the role of Transitional Care Assistants (TCAs), while nurses continue practicing in their licensed nursing roles — working together as part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and purpose-driven team.
