Great People Feature: Jedfrey Pancho

Jedfrey Pancho is an internationally educated nurse originally from the Philippines. After graduating with a nursing degree in 2008, he began working in healthcare and medical sales before moving to Canada in 2021.  

Today, Jedfrey works as a Continuing Care Assistant at Ocean Hall in Moncton, NB where he takes pride in how he has adapted to his new role. With this being his first role in the company, he uses his years of experience in healthcare and his strong desire to learn and grow in a welcoming environment.   

Coming from an international healthcare background and starting a new position in Canada, Jedfrey has found appreciation for the welcoming environment and community at Shannex and the ability to learn from experienced healthcare professionals as someone who is continuing to grow professionally in Canada. He’s proud to have coworkers to lean on and to ask questions to. When he’s not at work, he enjoys a balance of exercise, good food, and spending time with his family and friends.
