These buffets feature up to six diverse entrées, allowing Chef Darrell to experiment with new recipes based on resident feedback. Dishes like Nigerian Jollof Rice, Bosnian Krompirusa, and Brazilian Feijao Tropeiro showcase the cultural backgrounds of the Caritas staff, using authentic ingredients to keep the flavors exciting.
