HARBOURSTONE ENHANCED CARE
During a Valentine’s Day themed sing-along, residents at Harbourstone Enhanced Care were surprised with a special delivery of handmade cards and sugar cookie brooches from participants at Horizon Achievement Centre. The centre is a vocational training and employment service centre for adults with intellectual disabilities. The participants volunteer in our communities by running the canteen and assisting our recreation team.
