STEP 3: Shannex will confirm placement details.

Our Academic Program & Partnership Coordinator will contact institutions to confirm student placement details.

Institutions will provide each student with a date, location and ensure all required materials are completed in advance of their start date.

The Student Placement Process

  • Approach your academic institution about placement options at Shannex.
  • Once approved for a placement, the institution will send the required confidentiality and placement agreement forms.
  • Please complete these forms and return them to the institution.
  • A Shannex institution will be assigned to the student. Start date, requirements, and any additional information will be communicated through the institution.
  • If you are in Ontario, ORCA training will be set up on your behalf and emailed to you directly. This training must be completed before your start date.
