Update: Location for new Moncton Nursing Home

Shannex will build a new licensed long term care home on property behind the Northwest Plaza between Worthington Avenue and Mountain Road. This nursing home will eventually be part of a Parkland Lifestyle Community that offers a full continuum of service options for seniors, similar to our Faubourg du Mascaret community which is located on Morton Avenue in Moncton.
The announcement about this new nursing home was shared by the provincial Department of Social Development on June 18, 2021.
We are committed to safety and respect for all of our neighbours. All municipal requirements will be adhered to as we complete this work and we have begun communicating with our new neighbours to ensure they are aware of our development
