Behind every Great Moment are Great People.
Moving into a new home brings new surroundings, routines, and relationships. As part of our Welcome Survey, residents and families are invited to share feedback about their move-in experience and transition into our communities. Their responses help us understand what’s working well and identify opportunities to improve the resident and family experience. Many also take the opportunity to recognize the Great People who help residents and families settle into life in a new community
