Here’s how it works:

Due to increasing demand for roles in our communities, we’ve taken a more personalized approach to our hiring events. Our hiring events offer a more personalized experience than traditional job fairs. At Shannex, we’re focused on bringing together qualified candidates and creating an experience where you can get excited, meet current and future team members in a meaningful way, and be considered for a rewarding career. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Complete the Form Below. These pre-screening questions will help our recruitment team understand the level and areas of interest among candidates.
  2. Candidate Qualification Review. Our recruiters will carefully review your responses to assess qualifications – with a focus on Continuing Care Assistants (CCAs) and Nurses (LPN)
  3. Personalized Invitation. Individuals who meet the desired criteria will receive a personalized invitation to the hiring event, including event date, time and location, as well as what to bring (e.g. resume, CCA certificate and registration, copies of Immigration documents, etc.).
  4. On-Site Interviews. Qualified candidates will be provided on-the-spot interviews (and may receive conditional offers during the event).
