Shannex Cares

Throughout the year, our Great People nominate and vote for organizations that are supporting seniors in their community. Organizations that receive the most votes receive a Great People Give donation through our Shannex Cares program. One of our recent recipients, Salisbury Helping Hands, in Salisbury, N.B. embodies the spirit of our program, which focuses on making sure elders are seen, heard, and valued.

For more than 23 years, this organization has been a vital support in its community, evolving from a Christmas initiative to a year-round provider of food and toiletries. Its collaboration with local groups like the Lions Club and Salisbury Legion ensures essential resources reach seniors and other community members.
