At Shannex, team members and their dependents enrolled in health benefits with prescription drug plans through Medavie Blue Cross have access to Health Coaching and Chronic Disease Management services to help with long-term health concerns.

Through this service, eligible team members may connect with a network of specialized health professionals without a doctor’s referral. They can get access to Allied Health professionals to develop a better understanding of their health, receive advice on the types of questions they should be asking their doctor, access a personalized treatment plan to work through symptoms and reach their goals, and if needed, they can access training and support on how to use various medical devices.
