The Shannex Excellence Awards are a set of prestigious awards designed to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of the Great People from across the organization as they demonstrate our Guiding Principles. Each year, recipients of the Shannex Excellence Awards, Long Service Awards and Retirement Awards come together with the managers who have finished the Striving for Greatness or Achieving Excellence portions of the Shannex Leadership Program for a night of celebration. The night includes a private President’s reception, dinner and an awards ceremony.

Every year, Excellence Awards are presented to team members and volunteers for various categories.
