Our team member recognition program includes the following ways to be recognized.

Caught You Being Great, Green or Safe

This points-based program was designed for team members to recognize and thank their peers for going above and beyond to live our Guiding Principles. Each nomination is worth 25 points and the team member will receive a certificate to their community. These points can be redeemed for branded items in the Great People Store

Shannex Excellence Awards and Gala

Each year nominated team members of signature Shannex Awards, Long Service and Retirement Awards come together with managers to celebrate service excellence.

Years of Service Awards

Shannex recognizes team members who have worked with Shannex for five years and every five-year anniversary that follows. Every employee celebrating twenty years of service and every five-year anniversary after that, will be invited to attend the Annual Awards Gala. During the ceremony, they will be presented with their certificate and pin. Please review the Program Guide for a detailed description of the entire program.
