Starting her journey as a registered nurse at Arborstone Enhanced Care with Shannex in 2012, quickly proving her dedication and talent as she moved through various roles within the organization. Fast forward to now, she’s recently taken on the exciting new challenge of General Manager at Moody Hall, after serving as a Community Manager and Director of Care, all at Shannex.
What sets Emily apart is not just her impressive career trajectory but her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. She believes in teamwork and open communication as necessities for creating an environment where both team members and residents thrive. Emily prioritizes knowing every resident by name and building those personal connections — she sees this as essential for effective management.
Emily is focused on her commitment to building a supportive community at Moody Hall. When talking about onboarding new team members, she emphasized her goal of creating a space where staff feel valued.
