For more than a decade, Elliot Kavanagh has let curiosity and a commitment to service excellence guide his personal and professional development at Shannex. Starting in a casual position, Elliot quickly advanced into roles in wellness, sales, employee engagement and the resident experience. His passion for service excellence propelled him into operational and leadership roles in Ontario where he now makes a point to stay connected with those starting their journey. “I always encourage team members to put residents first and focus on delivering exceptional service while seeking opportunities to improve,” he says. “If you can do those things, no matter where you start the opportunities will be endless.”
