Lest We Forget

On Remembrance Day, we had the honour of sitting with Harry Thompson, a resident of Parkland at the Gardens, who retired as a Chief Petty Officer 1st Class from the Royal Canadian Navy in 1969, after 25 years of dedicated service.

Residents at Parkland at the Lakes and Parkland Truro paused to recognize and reflect on the bravery, sacrifice, and selflessness of all who have served, and continue to serve, our country.

Their unwavering commitment humbles us, and we will never forget their contributions.
