Improving the lives of seniors
Team members can nominate groups, individuals or organizations that are considered strong “Elder Allies” in our communities to receive a donation of up to $1,000. These nominations will be curated into a short list for team members to vote on the successful donation recipient. Our aim to award a donation to a successful recipient in each province we serve (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Ontario) up to four times a year.
In December 2023, we made donations to three organizations on behalf of our Great People:
- Nova Scotia: The Reserve Mines Seniors and Pensioners Club
- New Brunswick: The Salvation Army Community and Family Services
- Ontario: Hospice Mississauga
