Leading the Way through our new Strategic Plan

Our new strategic plan keeps us on the path to realizing our vision of Leading the Way to Better Living and stays true to our values of Residents First, Great People, Improving Quality, Trusted Partnerships and Being Accountable.

Created with input from team members, residents, families and other stakeholders, this plan is designed to help us Lead the Way through five strategic directions:

• Resident Wellbeing
• Engaged Employees
• Service Excellence
• Healthy Business
• Environmental Stewardship

While our focus in on the future, our founding vision to improve life for seniors remains the hallmark of our organization and we will continue to motivate each other as we strive to accomplish the strategic directions, expectations and five-year goals outlined in this plan. We will continue to conduct our work safely, responsibly, and inclusively, and we’ll continue to innovate and expand our knowledge and perspectives by embracing diversity inside and outside our organization.

We know we will learn along the way, but we will hold ourselves accountable, report on our progress annually and share our successes as well as our challenges.

This is a plan for our Great People, our valued residents, their families as well as everyone who is part of the communities we serve.
