Resident and Family Surveys

Over the last few months, we have experienced many changes to what we would consider normal processes. We have learned so much along the way, and we are very proud of how our teams have pulled together and worked to protect residents while keeping families connected.
As restrictions begin to relax, and we enter a new normal, we are reflecting on our response to COVID-19. We are interested in hearing your feedback on anything you feel is relevant. You might think about areas like communication, how information and decisions were shared, availability of supplies, the Designated Care/Cohorting Units or how residents were cared for. You might think of other areas too and we’d like to hear all of your feedback!
