The Quality-of-Life Survey is an annual questionnaire that measures your overall resident experience at Shannex, Parkland Retirement Living, Faubourg du Mascaret or Milestone Communities. Our Quality-of-Life Survey was created by interRAI, a collaborative network of researchers and practitioners in over 35 countries committed to improving care. The team developed this survey tool in 2014, based on the best available evidence regarding aspects that directly influence seniors’ quality of life. The information we receive from the Quality-of-Life Survey allows us to make improvements in areas that matter most to residents.
You should only answer questions on the survey that you feel are applicable and appropriate to your situation and any question on the survey can be skipped.
These reviews help us identify opportunities to improve our services and your experience living with us.
